Delta Bass Club locks a Type A day on the Delta Oct. 3
Delta Bass Club moves from its Sept. 19 Type B already on the desk to a mid-fall Type A. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife fishing-contests board lists an approved one-day Type A black bass permit for Delta Bass Club on the Delta (Contra Costa County) on Oct. 3, 2026.
Type A covers black bass contests with more than 60 anglers. CDFW issues only one Type A permit per water per day and caps those events at three days, so this is the full-field tidal-water card that Saturday.
Recreational boats should give blast-off and weigh-in corridors extra space. Confirm current Delta black bass bag and size rules before keeping fish, and contact the club for registration — not the permit row.
